The "BLUE & FIRE mini" midsummer fire event, which was held with great enthusiasm in its first and second installments.
Many people came and enjoyed our "Motsuyaki FIRE," which was grilled right in front of them, and our Italian-inspired "Motsuyaki Sandwich"!
And the third installment has been scheduled for August 11th (Tuesday, a national holiday)!
Enjoy freshly prepared, piping hot FIRE FOOD made with carefully selected ingredients delivered directly from local chef Meat Chigusa, along with the sea breeze of Chiba Minato!
"Teppanyaki with the Sea and Flames" will also be held on August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday)!
For the third installment, we will be selling "Meramera Thick-Cut Ham Skewers," made with thick-cut ham steak from local producer Chef Meat Chigusa.
