The midsummer FIRE event "BLUE & FIRE mini" was held last week on July 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun).
Many people came and enjoyed our "Motsuyaki FIRE," which was grilled right in front of them, and our Italian-inspired "Motsuyaki Sandwich"!
And it's also scheduled for this week, August 2nd (Sunday)!

This week, we'll be selling "Motsuyaki FIRE," which uses delicious offal from local chef meat Chigusa, and "Motsuyaki Sandwich," a Chiba Port Tower-style adaptation of "Lampredotto," a famous dish originating in Florence, Italy.
