The Chiba City Tourism Association (Chairman: Hisao Adachi) will hold a summer-only food event in the outdoor space of the first-floor entrance of Chiba Port Tower from July to August 2026.2026 SUMMER “BLUE＆FIRE mini”It will be held.

This event is a small-scale outdoor food event held in a location where you can feel the refreshing sea breeze of Chiba Minato, where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes cooked on a griddle, as well as farm-fresh soft serve ice cream from "Chiba Tsukutabe Kitchen mini" on the first floor of Chiba Port Tower.

The theme is"Teppanyaki with the Sea and Flames".

We offer "FIRE FOOD" from Chiba Minato, along with a live atmosphere where you can feel the sounds of the griddle, the rising flames, and the savory aroma of freshly grilled food up close.

We aim to create a lively summer atmosphere where visitors to Chiba Port Tower can easily drop by, by changing the sales menu and event content each day.

The next event will be held on August 15th (Sat) and 16th (Sun)!

The fourth event is the 2-day "FIRE Yakisoba Festival"!

"BLUE & FIRE mini" has been getting more and more exciting with each installment since the first one.
The fourth installment is the "FIRE Yakisoba Festival," a two-day event!

The dish features the delicious, plump offal from the local "Chef Meat Chigusa,"
"Burning with flavor! Delicious and plump offal stir-fried noodles"

Inspired by Okayama's famous "Hiruzen Yakisoba," this dish features a rich flavor reimagined in Chiba Minato's unique style.
Summer vacation is now entering its second half. Enjoy the rest of the hot summer at Chiba Port Tower!

And now it's September—BLUE & FIRE mini SPECIAL is confirmed!
A special one-day event has been scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026, coinciding with the Chiba Minato "Sanbashi Festival"!
This time, the popular "Yakitori Yatai Jun" from Ichihara, a town rich in nature, will be joining the competition.
Chiba Port by the sea and Ichihara with its rural landscapes. A special day connected by fire.

Chiba Tsukutabe Kitchen mini, a sister store to Chiba Tsukutabe Kitchen located on the first floor of Chiba Port Tower, is also open!
The store sells sweets such as "Chiba Pudding Soft Serve," which uses rich soft serve ice cream delivered directly from Kaneko Farm in Sakura City, as well as potatoes, food, and drinks.
