Green Base is a group of young people working to conserve Satoyama. They will be holding a workshop to create "bamboo lanterns," which are lights made by drilling holes in bamboo.

The Chiba Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women's Association is running the "Tsurushi Hina Doll Project" both within and outside the city to help preserve local cultural traditions, and is holding exhibitions and free trial classes (for men and women of all ages).
