The Chiba City Fireworks Festival Executive Committee is recruiting volunteers to support the Makuhari Beach Fireworks Festa 2025 (47th Chiba City Fireworks Festival).

We look forward to your participation.

 

 

1. Cleaning up before the fireworks display

[Date and Time] Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, 9:15am-12:15pm (in the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following day, Thursday, July 31st)

[Location] Makuhari Beach (inside Makuhari Seaside Park)

[Meeting place] In front of the "Six Crown Achievement Commemorative Monument" at ZOZO Marine Stadium (meet at 9:15)　

[Number of participants] Approximately 50 people (first come, first served)

[Transportation expenses] A flat rate of 1,000 yen will be provided

*If you are coming by car, please use the public parking lot next to the stadium. Parking fees will be settled upon presentation of a receipt.

2. Cleaning up on the day of the fireworks display

[Date and time] Saturday, August 2, 2025 16:00-21:30

[Location] Makuhari Seaside Park (Makuhari Beach, JFA Dream Field, etc.)

[Meeting place] Near the entrance gate to the fireworks venue "H Area" *Next to ZOZO Marine Stadium (meeting time 15:30)

[Number of participants] Approximately 40 people (first come, first served)

[Transportation expenses] A flat rate of 1,000 yen will be provided. *There is no parking available.

[Other] Staff T-shirts, lunch boxes, and bottled drinks provided

3. Cleaning up the "day after" the fireworks display

[Date and time] Sunday, August 3, 2025

[Location] The event will be held in the following three areas (applicants will be notified of the location (1) to (3))

① Makuhari Onsen Yuraku no Sato area (7:00-8:00)　

②JFA Dream Field Area (8:00-9:00)

3. ZOZO Marine Stadium area (9:00-10:00)

[Gathering]

① Makuhari Onsen Yuraku no Sato (meeting at 7:00)

② Near the JFA Yume Field Clubhouse (meeting time: 9:00)

3. Near the front of ZOZO Marine Stadium (meeting at 9:00)　

　

[Number of applicants] Approximately 50 people (first come, first served)

[Transportation fee] A flat rate of 1,000 yen will be provided. *In area ①, parking lots can be used until 8:30.

[Participation (common to 1 to 3 above)]

・We will provide the items you need for the activities on the day.

・Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for the activity. (Flip-flops are not permitted.)

・Please be sure to bring a hat to prevent heatstroke. (Drinks will be provided.)

・If the event is cancelled due to bad weather, a notice will be posted on the Chiba City Tourism Association website "Announcement Page" after 17:00 PM the day before.https://chibacity-ta.or.jp/wordpress/notice　We will guide you at.

・If the fireworks display on Saturday, August 2nd is canceled, there will be no cleanup activities on that day or the following day.
