The entire building is equipped with LED lighting, and there are no picture rails, making it a space where you can focus solely on the paintings. Approximately 120 realistic paintings are displayed in the three-story gallery, one above ground and two below.

This work depicts the natural beauty of the mountainous and hilly region of Niseko in western Hokkaido. At 3m high and 7m wide, the masterpiece gives the impression of being in the middle of nature. It is the largest work at the Hoki Museum, and took approximately seven years to complete, including the planning stage.
