Blueberries in summer!
You can relax and eat as much as you want. Advance reservations are required online, so you no longer have to get up early and line up. You can pick your favorite type of blueberry and take it home. There is also strawberry picking (January to May) so you can compare different varieties at any time.

"Blueberries that are fully ripe and delicious are those that are fully colored all the way to the stem. When sunny weather continues for several days in midsummer, the moisture in fully ripe blueberries evaporates, turning them semi-dry, rich, sweet and delicious.
"Blueberries from June to early July are large, sweet and sour, and the berries are also quite large. On the other hand, blueberries from mid-July to August tend to be smaller, but they are often very sweet and not sour," says Shimizu of Dragon Farm.

Experience blueberry picking surrounded by the scent of lavender. You can enjoy the taste of "real blueberries" that can only be experienced by picking them. Another great thing about this experience is that there are many large varieties available.

You can experience harvesting blueberries in the summer and peanuts in the fall.
Harvesting is done in the fields. Please wear clothing suitable for farm work. Please also bring boots, gloves, a gardening shovel, and harvesting bags (e.g., plastic bags).

"Around mid-April, the Moss phlox, the refreshing blue nemophila, and the poppies are in full bloom. From early to mid-October, the cosmos sway in the breeze, allowing you to experience nature throughout the four seasons," says Imazeki of Tomita Sato Niwa Farm.

Surrounded by lush greenery, you can leisurely enjoy activities like grape picking and sweet potato digging from summer to autumn. The rest area is under a roof and under the grape trellis, so you don't have to worry about sudden rain. Because it's so hot, the activity may end in the morning.

Underneath a vineyard overflowing with nature's bounty, we cultivate Kyoho, Aki Queen, and other rare grape varieties. They sell out quickly, so we recommend coming early in the morning or making a reservation.
