We aim to create a new food culture in Chiba by certifying dishes that utilize the broth from the Japanese butterfish (Ibokisago), which was the most commonly eaten fish in Chiba Prefecture during the Jomon period, as "Jomon Gourmet."
I recommend Oriental Kitchen's Jomon-style pasta, "Kaizukka."
