The Japanese sweets from a long-established shop in Chiba and the matcha from a long-established shop in Kyoto are popular. Enjoy a moment of peace and tranquility at this scenic spot overlooking the garden.

We will also hold events to enjoy Japanese culture.

Koto concerts, guided tours of gardens and tea houses, and more. Anyone can casually experience Japanese culture. Please check the website for event information.

A popular attraction at Mihamaen! Feed the gracefully swimming carp.

The beautiful carp swimming in the pond within the garden are a popular attraction at Mihamaen. You can also enjoy feeding them. (100 yen each. Closed during the winter to maintain the health of the carp.)

This Japanese garden is located within Makuhari Seaside Park. It is a strolling garden with a pond, and depicts mountains, rivers, oceans, and forests, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of the four seasons. Matcha tea and Japanese sweets are also available (fees apply).

Price • Admission fee: 100 yen for adults, 50 yen for elementary, junior high, and high school students. *Admission is free for those aged 65 and over upon presentation of identification. Persons with disabilities (physical, intellectual, or mental disabilities) and their caregivers are admitted free of charge upon presentation of their disability certificate.
